• You may only operate one account. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted.
• You are of sound mind and are using this service voluntarily.
• You are not subject to any active self-exclusion.

3 Account Rules

All information you provide when registering at bbd44 must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be terminated and all associated funds forfeited.

• Each member may operate only one account.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to bbd44 Support immediately.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Documents required for account verification (KYC) must be submitted on time.
• An inactivity fee may apply to dormant accounts (no activity for 12 months).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Gaming Rules

• If a technical fault interrupts a game, bbd44 will void the round and return the stake.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final — misconduct toward the dealer will result in account suspension.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned in Sports Betting, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If you discover a software bug or glitch, report it to Support immediately — intentional exploitation will result in account termination.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbd44. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Bbd44 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If registration is completed using false or misleading information.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• When required to comply with directives from legal authorities or court orders.

Members can also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance will be returned after verification is complete.
